best thing i did was when I gave up sodas years ago. had nothing to do with weight but that was definitely a side benefit. i got tired of the mid afternoon sugar crashes 6 years ago and just stopped drinking my beloved dr peppers and root beers. i haven't been able to get out and run for a couple months so more sendentary lifestyle = more weight gained but hopefully here in another week or two I'll be able to get out and run every other day like I was doing before mid April's muscle strain happened. What sucks is that part recovered then I jammed my knee so I'm well behind my own schedule. Hopefully soon!Woah woah, let's not go crazy here. Give up alcohol? I cut down on it but not entirely. Alcohol is like coffee but for putting up with life instead of just mornings.
