go back and ask. one of my 'guaranteed delivery' items was late and i got a $5 courtesy credit plus the extended month.

it's in their policies to give you a free month extension if something is late (even by 30 minutes)

every time your "guaranteed" delivery through Prime is late, you're entitled to a free month of Prime

it is the only way. they will just extend your prime membership though. for the last "year" i paid for prime i actually got 20 months of prime instead of 12.

yeah i think it is a pretty well known policy now and amazon customer service is always A+ for me. but i used to copy+paste the policy when emailing them so i do think they changed it.

Full timing turk is not for the faint of heart. Got a couple of good masters hits this morning, other than that it's a struggle. Wish they'd let us retake those driving simulation hits. The bonus on that thing was nice.
