Usually hitting between 15-20 daily. Is that good/bad/average for under 1000 total hits? I'm a a noob around here so I really have no clue...

That's what I had as a newbie, with not much under my belt and no quals for lucrative stuff. I say you're doing great! Keep on!

agree with @aveline light pink would be good for a lot of people. that's not garish.

There's no hard and fast rule about how much is "good", really, but if you feel like you're managing your time properly and getting what you need out of it, then yeah, its good.

Way too many factors to tell How many hours? If it's 10hrs to make $20, maybe not so good. Being new, you most likely don't have any great quals so $10-20 is about avg for a few hours work.

Keep learning, reading and asking questions ... your PE will continue to slowly climb if you put the work in
