I've noticed that they usually drop between 9 and 11 am EST every day. Of course, that's just from what I've seen, but try to keep an eye out during that time block.

edit: IIRC, it's usually closer to 9. And I've seen them drop almost every day this last week, so don't give up hope. The bright side is that a lot of people have already done it, so every day, your chances of catching it go up.

Just checked my data usage cause I went over 1TB last month (hate Comcast). In 3 days, already used 25GB!!! Finally figured it was from having Twitch on all the time. I really have no choice when my contract is up January 2018 to dump cable tv & get business unlimited line (or w/e unlimited data plan they got).
