I quit on Saturday by vaping. I had done it before and gotten down to 3mg juice, but my vape broke and I was too poor to get another one so I started up again, but once my juice got here on Sat I haven't even wanted another one. Now I just have to work my way down again so I can quit completely. I was smoking 2 packs a day which are about $5 each here, but a 60 ml bottle of vape juice lasts me 2 weeks so now my whole month's smoking is covered by what I would have spent in 3 days. He could try that.

Vaping seems to help a lot of people quit. My brother quit by vaping also.

i quit smoking cigarettes on september 1, 2013, same day my first e-cig came in the mail. i ordered it from this place in AZ because at the time there were no shops near me in VA and i had a friend out there who helped get me set up with a newbie kit. i started out at like, 18% nicotine or something ridiculously high and eventually tapered down to 3% and then 0%. then i put down the vape on december 31, 2015 and have been nicotine free since!

I would give anything to be able to do this. Everytime I try I just go right back to it. Eventually I will stop for good.

i had to physically get rid of my vape stuff and i stopped buying liquid for it. it also helped that i was fed up with my set up and my favorite e-cig battery kicked the bucket the day before i quit. rather than buying a new one or fiddle with the other ones i had to try to make it work, i just said f*** it and quit altogether.

This is great. I don't think my brother will stop vaping any time soon but at least he stopped the cigs with vaping. That's a big step. Cigs have so much nasty shit in them. I don't smoke or vape but the flavors they come out with are delicious. I've tried a few.
