I don't mind it so much most days, but sometimes it's just a major pain in the ass. Our kids are young, so they miss him a lot and it's hard to plan around his schedule because he does need to sleep. It takes more time for him to sleep because he wakes up so much during the day. He does second shift too, so it's not ALL third shift, which helps. Last summer he was all third shift and it was AWFUL.
