Okay, so I don't fucking trust that Halo Top shit. 280 calories in the ENTIRE thing?! Fucking what's it made of? 280 PER SERVING sure, but the WHOLE THING?! No fucking way. That shit ain't real. I'm not falling for it.

I just tried it the other day (Mint Chip). Tastes like custard. Wanted some real ice cream afterwards And erythritol (sugar alcohol, the thing that makes it taste sweet w/out many calories) can have side effects if you're sensitive to additives - GI stuff, headaches, etc. I'm glad those w/ dietary issues have another option for frozen dessert but otherwise those little 6 oz. Pyrex bowls work great for ice cream portion control
