I had a similar experience this morning with another requester. Said they received the same answer for every trial. I gave a detailed account of the HIT and my responses and I was told they would speak to a supervisor and get back with me. :nailbiting: FWIW, I did offer to redo it... but it was a 40 minute long nightmare, so I really hope not.
