You are receiving this notification, because yesterday you completed a HIT titled “3-week daily breathing exercise (daily portion)”.
You have been paid for your work in advance, which is different from most longitudinal HITs – you *won’t* receive a daily HIT based on prior qualification. We also *won’t* send out daily reminders – we ask you, however, to visit site link daily and complete your breathing exercise.
Each day, there will be a single-page survey, followed by the breathing exercise, and another single-page survey. It should take you 2 minutes to complete. Every few days, there will be an additional two pages of surveys, but the task should still take under 5 minutes to complete. You can complete the task at any point daily (defined as beginning at midnight in Mountain Time), but can only complete the task once per day.
We will send you a final exit survey – with a reminder to complete it – in a few weeks.
