You'll do fine. If you get a good anesthetist you'll feel something for only like .5 seconds and then it is gone. (I had a crappy one, so my experience wasn't so great, but it wasn't so bad that I wouldn't have done it again for another baby! PM me after you've had the baby and I'll give you the whole story, lol.)

Just a heads up. A spinal is so different from an epidural. I literally felt nothing from the boobs down with my spinal. (Except pressure.) It was like my body just disappeared. With my epidural at least I knew I still had a body!
