Hopefully they are okay. I'm watching the coverage on The Weather Channel right now. It's surreal.

The kid and I just spent an hour and a half watching live news coverage. Wow. That is a lot of flooding. One of the newscasters was saying that while he's standing there reporting he's worrying about his home and knows that his own car is now toast in the station parking lot. I had feels for him doing his job to share important info, all the while he's losing his belongings.
