Have you found an open chick a fil or grocery store without a line around the block?
I don't know what folks are out there doing. Can just imagine, though. Don't drive any more. All my storm supplies were laid in at the start of hurricane season. Granted I just threw out what was in the fridge, but I'll still be able to eat. In fact I just ate caramelized onions with balsamic vinegar(that's what the jar said) with a nice angle hair pasta, and iced tea. Before the power came back on, I was heating soup in my old fondue pot....And there's a couple of 5 gal jugs of water in the pantry--just in case I feel a bath coming on. You shouldn't hope to depend on others, they may not be around when you need them. Depend on yourself--in advance.
