My dog got his nose cut on a fence on Saturday night, and from then since now every day has just sucked. Hopefully September, also known as the most handsome of months, will be different.

On top of all of that, my mom calls me and tells me that she stopped for gas, paid inside, went to pump her gas and it didn't work. She goes inside and they tell her it must've not gone through, so she pays again. After getting her gas, she looks at the first receipt and sees the cashier put it on the wrong pump, hence why it wasn't working on her own pump. She tells her, and the lady says "oh, well it didn't go through so there shouldn't be a charge on your account." She gets home and sure enough, the charge is on her account. So she goes back over there (mind you, she has to get back to my grandma so she doesn't have time for this crap)...and they don't even apologize. The "manager" tells her that the money will have to come out of the cashier's pocket because she made a mistake. My mom, being the kind soul that she is, refused to take the money directly from the cashier because times are tough and people make mistakes. The manager refused to pay for it and not once did he apologize. So she's out $40 and somebody got a free tank of gas. I know it's only $40, but it's the principle more than anything.
I can take a lot of shit from people, but when you mess with my mom - I have no mercy. So I think I'll drive my water-logged SUV up there, park it, and set it all on fire. Two birds, one stone kinda thing.
Okay, I'm done being a negative nancy. But September is already acting like a little bitch.
