This is going to be my first winter in Detroit and I neeeeeeeeeed a winter coat.
Anyone know any decent brands?!

I bought mine at walmart. It had a fluffy hood. I don't need it now because I live in Hell, but before then it was great.

Same. I have 6 of their jackets and love them. So comfy and sturdy.

Go to Burlington Coat Factory. Usually have good choices.

Yes. It worked for me but was a strange layout.

Mine did not have enough radio buttons, so I could not answer all the questions. I sent mine back, Didn't feel right submitting something i knew wasn't complete.

Have you checked and yes I'm serious, the Nordstroms site? You can join up on their email and they will send you their daily discounts/sales. I like to shop at the local store that's their version of a discount store. I forget the name. I just know how to get there. I don't know who the company was but they had very nice winter coats on there a few days ago that were very reasonable. It's called Hautelook for their sale stuff that they run emails on. I've never mailed ordered anything since I can go to the store but I go through the email and find what I need then find what I want and go get it.
