I agree. I tried low carb once and almost passed out while out doing stuff. My blood sugar felt like it dropped really low and I had to have a couple cups of fruit juice. I was eating lot's of almonds, EV Coconut Oil, and other stuff like that.

6 months under 20 net carbs a day, 40 lbs gone. It's dieting in easy mode with all the cheat codes on. As long as you balance those electrolytes. It's the key component people miss.

Probably. Now I just eat a whole foods diet (really a lifestyle) and do great. I eat junk food rarely but the key to being healthy in my opinion is doing vigorous cardio at least 3 times a week, daily meditation, and eating foods in their natural state.

Carb's like potatoes are fine the problem is all the stuff people add to them. You end up with 5% potato and 95% stuff added to it lol!

Has anybody ever been blocked by a requester without them telling your or giving you a reason why?

yeah, that happened to me once. I only knew because when I added one of their hits to panda crazy, it turned black. I emailed and asked why. It took her a few days, but she did email back and said it was a mistake...something to do with blocking everyone who'd done a certain survey instead of assigning a qualification. Anyway, she appologized and fixed it.

I would keep messaging them. Be polite and apologetic, even if you have no clue why you were blocked. Just ask for a second chance. I have been blocked three times and all 3 have been reversed after i contacted the requester.
