Today I realized I didn't like my job being a monster against poor chickens and quit it like a boss. Is turking full time really possible and how do I get masters?
Yay! :celebrate2:The chickens thank you. I like chickens. I'm still leaning how to make a real living here but it seems like there are people here who are actually doing it.

Apartment "farming" is a thing now. You can grow a lot of vegetables in a fairly small space with a fairly small amount of initial funds investment. Lots of info on the web if you decide you are interested.
I live in a loft and have gotten produce from an urban community garden. You can either pay for cheap produce or volunteer time to get them free which is what I did. Now I can just raid my Mom's garden nearby since she started one back up after my stepdad's recent health issues.

What I did, when I made the leap to full-time turking last year, was to start of making sure I made $20 as early as possible. Then, if I took the rest of the day off, I didn't feel like an absolute wastoid. And, once I'd hit $20 before 8am, I'd already be working from my half full queue and be "in the zone".
So I would obviously try and empty the queue. But, good jobs would keep posting and I'm greedy. So I'd keep accepting them. The queue wouldn't empty until 12 or 1. I'd take a break until 2 or 3. Then I'd see what else was up, knowing that I had already made goal by then. I'd putter around have dinner and then get back for some late night action. The cool thing about turking is that, you can make it work any way you'd like. For instance, my brother doesn't work for more than 45minutes at a time. He has ADHD and found that he would miss attention checks after 45 minutes. So he started setting a timer.:)

My biggest lesson learned with the garden - this year, is that woodchucks are really terrible neighbors

Next year I'm going to build a fence

The biggest scourge I've been fighting in my neighborhood is split between thieving neighbors and squirrels. The squirrels have wrecked my garden a couple times this year. Last time they attacked my tomatoes... I have security video of them launching themselves off the fence onto the tops of my tomato plants and riding the plant down to the ground till the stalk breaks... then they made off with all the ripe tomatoes. I was furious!

Was he a butcher? I'm a vegan but I do eat clams on occasion because they are vegetables of the sea.
