Any of you guys ever feel lost around age 28? Can't figure out what to do for a living. Can't turk all of your life.

I am lost at 24....but I suppose we are both still young.

Just curious, how many people in their 20s have degrees here?

I am 24 and I got my degree 2 years ago.

29, degree in Civil & Construction Engineering Tech. No experience in the field and I hated the program anyway. Whenever I wasn't in class I was at the hospital with my mom. She passed before I graduated. Never got a job in the field and now I'm a SAHM who turks...yay.

I'm definitely not looking forward to age 29. It's the last year you can sign up to be a Navy SEAL, last year to sign up for the marines, and pretty close to the end time of when you can sign up for training to be an air traffic controller. I guess after age 29 the body breaks.

As a 35 year old I can confirm. I am broken down. But because of the sorry ass state of today's young people's diet/exercise I can still out hustle them on the basketball court etc. so that makes me happy to an extent. What really sucks is not being able to drink a gallon of jack mixed with southern comfort and wake up without a hangover anymore lol.

I really appreciate this advice friend. I have a question for you. If you could go back to being 30 and had a passion that could pay money although you were taking a slight risk, would you go after it in the modern world?

Was walking to work across town at 4am to a god awful job. Spent years trying to find something I could build on. When I did, I went balls out until I succeeded.
