Yea but I don't want to lose weight, just want to get by with less sleep (maybe 4 hours a night instead of 6-7). I'm 5 foot 11 and in the 170 range. Someone told me that yoga would help reduce my need for sleep but I'm not sure how true it is.
Check out Tim Ferris books. My husband swears by them. I think he has some tips for sleeping on a 4 hour a night schedule, but it also includes power naps throughout the day.

did you look at r/ketorecipes? i follow the sub and don't follow a keto diet but have gotten some good recipes from there
I checked it out and it looks like I'm being trolled boss. Bacon this, pork fried that, coconut oil in food. I was taught all that stuff is very unhealthy for you. There's some good grilled chicken and vegetable recipes though.

o god coconut oil is the worst for food

I'll look into that. I read the 8 hour sleep night is a relatively new invention. It was common for hundreds of years to sleep 2-4 hours right at dark, wake up in the middle of the night for a few hours, then go back to sleep for another 2-4 hours before waking up for the day. I forgot what it's called.

i mean obviously i'm not endorsing every recipe but there are some good ones on there just like any recipe site you have to pick through the shitty ones.

I've been on a low carb and grilled chicken/fish diet for the past 3 weeks. Gotta say I feel 100times better during the day(don't get sleepy etc). Now if I could only cut back on the whiskey...
