I was eating lot's of almonds which are very high in electrolytes. I get low blood sugar easily and it makes me too dizzy.

What kind of foods do you suggest one eat's on a keto diet? Almost all healthy foods are loaded with carbs (potatoes, beans, tubers, legumes, nuts, seeds, fruit, etc etc).

most people need to supplement with additional sodium, potassium, and magnesium.

i eat eggs and meats/veg.
chicken, beef, pork, zucchini, asparagus, broccoli, peppers.
some dairy.


90 percent of my dinners are a grilled protein and grilled vegetable of some sort.
