I had my gallbladder out a couple months ago... i miss greasy food so much.

Replace gallbladder with hamburger.
Problem solved.

I had to have my gallbladder removed in emergency surgery due to acute pancreatitis some years back. It was NOT fun at all Although now I can actually eat pizza and hamburgers now without being doubled over in pain and stuck in the bathroom.

yeah im still kinda learning what foods are like totally not okay. if i take immodium im all good usually, but only for like... 1 slice of pizza.

It takes some getting used to in figuring out what will/won't cause issues. After awhile though when your body adjusts you should be able to eat whatever
