That is true, but the adjustment period is a long one and even then there may still be that one (or two) food(s) that will still cause 'dumping syndrome'. Try to avoid fast food though (even if you still had a gallbladder lol), better to splurge (and pay for it) on a real proper meal.

Yah after mine was taken out I would rarely eat any fast food, and when I DID I wouldn't eat it until I was in the comfort of my own home so that if I had to run to the bathroom it was MY bathroom. I pretty much had to stay away from anything overly greasy...couldn't eat cheese either :( Now I can eat whatever I want if I feel the urge, though I still stay away from fast food, but that's mainly for dietary reasons than painful ones hehe
