It takes some getting used to in figuring out what will/won't cause issues. After awhile though when your body adjusts you should be able to eat whatever
That is true, but the adjustment period is a long one and even then there may still be that one (or two) food(s) that will still cause 'dumping syndrome'. Try to avoid fast food though (even if you still had a gallbladder lol), better to splurge (and pay for it) on a real proper meal.Speaking as a fellow gallbladder-less freak, your stomach will learn to make up for it. Maybe.
