I can't get any of the rekogs in my queue to work on my laptop, so it's possible it's not your kindle.

one of the hit groups didn't work at all but the other 20 cent group did and even the working ones didn't work on my kindle (or at least the ones I tried)

I'm with you on this one. Fires tire your eyes like any computer screen. Kindles feel a lot like you're reading a physical book.
