My turk money used to just be my fun money but now I need it to help me get back to where I was financially before I went on maternity leave.

A certain amount of my turk money is to pay bills (mostly the kid's braces) and if I earn over a specific minimum I can have fun with it.

Right now I'm using the overage to start buying Christmas presents so my finances won't take such a huge hit in December and January.
