Yup. Especially in baking. Some pizza and bagel places are starting to artificially soften their water to try to duplicate the NJ/NY taste.

A certain amount of my turk money is to pay bills (mostly the kid's braces) and if I earn over a specific minimum I can have fun with it.

Right now I'm using the overage to start buying Christmas presents so my finances won't take such a huge hit in December and January.

That's a good idea. Ill probably do that once my finances are back up were I need them to be. I have a little one to buy christmas presents for. Hes only going to be 5 months old but I still want to spoil him lol
