I'm sure there is an easier way than this, but I go to the Today line on my account and click on that, search out the one you missed on *should be last page which is the most recent* and then if you click on that it should bring up a box that you can start typing to them in. Sorry my mind is a bit fuzzy atm, massive headache and a cold ugh
