Chrome has a browser extension that works for the whole desktop. I don't do anything crazy with it but it works pretty well for pushing some light stuff to my phone and tablet.

If you mean for remotely controlling someone's pc, I use teamviewer.
But if you want something to watch youtube with your homies at the same time rabb.it is a site for viewing stuff together without connecting directly to each other

i actually use this on phone and it works really well, i've never tried it w/ my computers though
