Just wanted to let you guys know abotu them before someone does them. They block every worker who works for them, and refuses to set up a qual system to prevent. There is evidence for this in the TO as well as emails that I have received.

Furthermore, they are a morallay deficient company. Some more research and you can find that their company has been under fire by many business regulatory agencies, and they have an F rating on the BBB.

They've had similar surveys in the past asking about what MTurk worker want changed or what we think of various things. I've yet to see anything that they've asked about ever lead to changes, though.
