I'm glad that others find it acceptable to work on a partially broken batch, while knowing its broken, and then question possible rejections.

i'm just returning the broken pages. some of the tax engine batches have had options for "not found," they just don't have an option on these to submit for broken pages.

That's just them not thinking about broken links when they did the buttons- returning them is fine, I don't think anyone here is saying that they're fudging the data/submitting bullshit...

I did a pair of flip flops as a single product. I don't see someone wearing one w/o the other. Unless they're weird like that.
