The older I've gotten the more I look at shoes and think how will my feet feel in these all day.

I've entered into the comfort over style side of life.

I go barefoot at home until it gets cold then it's fuzzy sock time.

I imagine it's some kind of local anesthetic, so they can operate while the patient is awake. The pain afterwards has to be pretty intense, though. My son had skull reconstruction surgery for a birth defect, but they didn't touch his brain. The aftermath is pretty brutal as far as pain goes. I going to imagine brain surgery is pretty similar because they would still need to get through the skull.
They actually use nothing. No pain or pressure nerves in the brain,:)

Any pain is psycho-sematic. Presure build up in the brain due to disease can cause headaches and migraines but, doctors really don't understand those phenomena completely.

stupid question, but just want to make sure. are all dermots basically the same? I've only done one in the last few months, and i just caught another but it looks pretty much the same. just want to make sure I don't do the same thing twice.

Yes, they mostly are, just the words change. The hit won't allow you to take the same one twice. :)

They are all similar. You have a 1 in 10 chance of it being exactly the same.:)

I remember my grandmother telling me that when they were children they had war rations for their shoes. They were lucky if they got a new pair every year in those days anyways.

We've sure come a long way and sometimes it's good to remember how good we do have it.

My thoughts are all over the place this morning.

Question... what is swagbucks.
A site that allows you to receive points for things like surveys and offers. I made $80 last month from them. They give you points worth .01 and once you get up to $3 you can cash out for paypal or gift cards

Just another penny maker. :) I don't do their surveys really, but I online shop a lot and use their affiliate link to earn swagbucks (and then turn them in for Amazon gift cards, etc).
Is this what they mean by multiple streams of income? Does it count as that? :sneaky:

I'm putting any kind of Doc Martin style as unisex.
