8 oz of flour
1/4-1/3 c of sugar
2 tsp of baking powder
some salt- prob like 1/2 tsp I dunno- I don't measure that part
whisk it all up together, like you sifted it, but w/o the sugar making that crunchy noise in the sifter.
cut in like half a stick of butter. (all chopped up like, so it'll go easier...)
beat an egg with milk- I think it's like half a cup? then mix that shit together. If you like dried fruit in them- do that too. (Cranberries are good, and golden raisins...)
Then like pat 'em out, and cut 'em out.
do an egg wash/sugar sprinkle if you like. I like to do that crunchy brown shit- raw sugar?
Hot-ass oven... 425, I dunno how long, until they're done. You know what they look like.
