How does one get Master's?

From what I understand, you have to do at least many thousand HITs and then pray that Amazon randomly decides to gift you with it. Seems very random these days and not like something you have much control over.

I think I had somewhere between 350K and 500K approved when i got it a couple years ago. But, I know people have gotten it with a pretty low approval count, so that doesn't have much, if anything, to do with it.

Today is supposed to be the first payment with the new system and I have not received an email. On the "View Transfer History" page it says processing. I am extremely nervous there will be an issue considering I'm the second name listed on the bank account behind my husband's. It's the same account that I've used for Amazon Payments for years, but I'm afraid that doesn't matter when it comes to their "exact match" name on the account rule.
