If you need to use your computer to work you can temporarily run Ubuntu or some other Linux off of a flash drive, it'll bypass any issues with Windows until you have more time to troubleshoot it and won't change anything on the computer itself. Inquisit hits won't work though.

As far as I know you can ... using MTS right click on requester name:

You can contact them from a) the HIT window, clicking on their requester name to open Hit Details (Contact this Requester)
b) on the right hand side of their name when looking at the hit in your Dashboard history

You'd run it instead of windows. Basically the flash drive would act as your hard drive. You do a specific install to a flash drive (or a DVD) and then tell your computer to boot off that flash drive. Here's a link to read more:
