You have to wait a split second, especially when you scroll upwards. Because the marker glitches if you scroll too fast.

That's what I do on them. I place it close but, always plan on moving them. Then, once I've got it in place, I release the mouse button about a second before moving the mouse.

Hmm, technically AND means both are done there and OR would have meant either one or the other is done there. Did you get locked out for marking the urinals? I got locked out for not marking them. I guess they meant OR but they wrote AND. If we both got locked out and gave opposite answers then, who knows, they probably don't either.
