my concoction for this morning is a chai coconut (and cauliflower - can't taste it!) smoothie bowl fruit soup with strawberries and granola on top.

spaghetti and meatballs is one of my favorite breakfasts though

I am glad you realized it must referred to as fruit soup here. I'm starting to hate breakfast, but I had starbucks sous vide bites for a high fat low carb to go with medicine I need to take.
