Someone mentioned it earlier but I'm seeing a lot of surveys that list a different amount on mTurk than in the consent declaration.

I mean, it is the start of a new semester.

Recycling informed consents and forgetting to change the hit reward amount.

ICs can be pretty standard within a department (or were in my research department) and all I would have to change is the supervising prof and the date when I used them. I can see forgetting the dollar amount really easily.
