Some people have been saying the show didn't deserve all the accolades it was getting, like it's good but the nostalgia made people think it was something great. Besides, nothing on the internet can stay popular for long before it is hated.

Well it says right at the beginning thats who it is lol. This song is great and so is the video. Her being in there made it great. I didnt know we had some Stranger Things fans up in here.

Haha, I was looking away when the vid first started, so I missed that part. I'm glad you liked it, and yeah, her performance in it makes me excited to see further roles she may play in the future, with the way she emotes so completely and wonderfully. She's really talented, it seems. I definitely dig Stranger Things, and am really excited about the next season. Between the adorable and talented cast, the great (true) 80s feel, and the storyline, I'm in love.

I wanted to say no, but then..

Some people have been saying the show didn't deserve all the accolades it was getting, like it's good but the nostalgia made people think it was something great. Besides, nothing on the internet can stay popular for long before it is hated.

It totally did deserve them. Sure, the nostalgia played a part, but those kids really are great actors, especially Millie and Gaten. The nostalgia only goes so far. The way it is written, the dialogue, the way it is genuinely so very 80s, causes you to feel immersed in it, which is where the magic lies.
