Thanks @Cara @Kliq @SweetiePuff and anyone else who may have chimed in since me seeing those replies. I haven't ever had a turk issue with Chrome, but I'll be more prepared from here on out! I tried Safari (eeek) and it worked. I'll have to arm myself with Firefox for future situations!

It can vary from time to time. If a HIT doesn't work for me ... I always check out a few different browsers to troubleshoot first. Glad it worked out!
