01/12 - Horny Goat Weed Friday!

Well, I have no water in my kitchen now. Had plumbers out here and even though 1217 was the lowest option to fix the problem.... we are going with the nuclear solution and moving a future plan to a now plan by replacing the outgoing lines (5,000 something)..... Monday.... so coffee will be made from water from the bathroom. At least we have that and not from having to buy bottled water for now....

Last night tax engine put me enough over yesterdays goal that I'm not stressing over the weekend and am in no way "behind" on goals. In fact I'm currently 40 bucks ahead for the week.

Oh thanks sorry i got distracted by things, it is actually a Christmas present I got from someone here, that I did strange filtery things to. That I now realize looks like I accidentally splashed bleach on her...it...me.

Uggg. Plumbing. When I lived in FL I did that myself (I got out there with a shovel and dug!). Water lines in FL aren't that hard to replace (close to the surface, made of PVC). Awful work, though. So, I sympathize. My daughter and I went swimming every afternoon........

This is an older home so all the pipes are galvanized steel. We replaced the in lines when we first moved in last year.

We currently have ice, it was all sleet until about 30 minutes ago. This is just sleet with ice on top of it. Yippee!
