Techie question: what would I buy to strengthen the wifi signal in my daughter's room (3rd floor and the router is in the den/basement). Is there something I can put in her room to pick it up better so her Firestick doesn't buffer so much?

I'd probably do a cheap-ish router and set in repeater mode. Place it somewhere on the third floor.
