Basically the instructions are saying don't scam us.
If you put in an honest effort then they will approve.

Only one TO but no rejections.
Know they had a batch of these up last week too.

One time I sent a very professional-sounding, courteous e-mail to a requester because I needed them to pay me for a hit. A couple of hours later they reply saying it's all good, and they liked the show where my avi is from. And I'm like, avi what avi? Turns out I had an avi for my Gmail account that I forgot about and all emails I sent to requesters had this:
