It wants you to keep it in a separate window. A separate tab, but then move that tab off by itself. I used to have to do this anyway, before the little notice came up, because it would just die out on me.

Might also mean you should upgrade to the very latest version of the script as that message kept popping up erroneously in various versions of the script this week.
