You are literally providing your judgment on how well a surgeon (in these low paying ones they are most likely residents practicing on fake setups/not life-like) performs an act. They give you the criteria in which to judge so you're not going in blind or anything.

They are easy.... but pretty overrated IMO if you are doing them honestly.

I drink a lot of wine and thought I'd be good at this one but I sucked. Still hoping for that bonus though.

Remember to take some of those with a grain of salt. I did a survey today where I was extremely confident that I got at least 19 out of 20 correct (like almost anyone would have) ... yet they will tell you that you scored low to elicit a certain response for survey purposes.
