I don't do surveys anymore, but when I did I always skipped any optional voluntary work unless I thought it was interesting. I don't remember lying about self-reporting stuff like coin flips, but I doubt I ever did... not really the sort of thing I can see myself doing.

You need to clear your cookies, specifically the qualtrics ones.

Do you happen to know the retake time? I did several of these to last week and just failed the test also...
