I am in that range 62 k but 60 rejects.
Picked up 5 last week trying Ready System Solutions for the first time. I won't be doing them again. lol.

I've been ending all of my messages to requesters with "Your prompt response is appreciated" and I've actually been getting more prompt responses. They've also been a lot more formal responses too.
