This is my favorite one ever; http://www.ramblers.com/ "inn to inn" hiking. It's probably for super old people but it sounds so nice to spend all day walking the countryside and then go have a big dinner, go to sleep, have a big breakfast, and do it again the next day

But it's like 5k/person not to mention getting there.

This summer my mom went with a friend and her elderly parents on a river cruise to Amsterdam, Germany and a few other places throughout Europe. She is in her 50s and said she was one of the youngest there, but she had an amazing time. (moral of the story: vakay with the older folks for a truly good time.)
