I think my first handful of rejections were all from AJ Ghergich for missing emails.

Yeah, Andy Ks were nice because he accepted contact forms and they had a 24 hour timer on them. But he required some sort of comment or explanation for every one, which annoyed me, so that was why I always like AJs better.

I'm so annoyed by the series. Richard RIGHT at the moment of trouble thinks of something that makes no sense at all but saves the day.
Nicci was amazing and deserved more. I wasted the day away finishing it.

I liked reading those when I read them (a long time ago) until I got to one of the last couple books and it was like CONDAR MEANS BLOOD RAGE and it was just so dumb and weird that I put it down and never looked back.

Which was undeserved, but they "couldn't" reverse it, so I got bonused an extra 9c or something ridiculous. Still sour, dozens of rejections later.

P9R for 3 rejections all at once and I was crushed. Then thankfully ran into others with similar stories and didn't feel so bad. I have 1 other rejection and it was one of the receipt ones and said I had a number wrong, so while I am confident I was checking through everything, that one at least is a good possibility.

Seriously.

Everyone should just read Malazan if you want to read a gritty fantasy series. I'm about to reread it for a third time to feel better.

I don't remember my first rejection, but I remember when I first found out about the TO site. Around the time I started using it, there was this person who reviewed a lot of HITs over there. The person would always write, "Cheap requester" in the reviews. For whatever reason, after I'd seen it over and over, it started to make me laugh.
