You will receive points for each victim you rescue. In addition, you will also respond to a demographic questionnaire, and to a questionnaire regarding the strategies you used to rescue victims in the task. The study is open to those at least 18 years old, it takes about 60 minutes to complete. It will provide $6 of base payment and an average of $4 in bonus payment depending on your performance in the task (i.e., how many victims you rescue). This research is conducted by researchers at Carnegie Mellon University. Participation is voluntary. For more information, contact ddmlab@andrew.cmu.edu. Reports of error about missing an AC. I got a code and saw the warning about not getting a code if you missed an AC, or didn't finish the HIT. It didn't say that I missed anything. I don't know if they corrected a fault or people just misinterpreted the statement....otherwise just simple bubbles.
