When I click it, it shows the form to fill out the subject and message. If you see that much it should be okay to proceed. You might get an error after you press send, but it did go through.

Because of the way the export/script works it kind of uses a work around to grab the contact info. If you look in the URL of the link you'll see that it has the requester ID is at the very end, which is the only thing that's really needed for it to send. Usually the requester part just shows as "Requester" with this method. I've used the method several times and requesters do end up getting back to me if they're communicative. I believe it should've sent regardless of the error; I'd suggest waiting a day or so and see if they reply.
