US-CA means you have to have the California qualification from Amazon. They presumably give this to California residents but I've been here for over three years now and they're still unable to figure out how to give it to me.

So basically it means the requester thinks they're getting people only in California, but that state qualification system that MTurk offers is far from perfect.

Contacted them about that the other day.
